AspaGrove’s team brings decades of experience and a shared commitment to thoughtful growth. Every investment is guided by insight, integrity, and a focus on long-term success.

As President, Jared leads AspaGrove’s development and investment strategy, with a focus on senior living and active adult communities. He brings extensive experience from leadership roles at Formation Development, Greystar — the global leader in rental housing — and Cortland, where he specialized in active adult and multifamily acquisitions, development, and asset management. Jared holds graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Washington.

Mark leads investment sourcing and investor relations for AspaGrove. He previously served as President of Formation Development and co-founded EdenCare Senior Living Services, where he held both CEO and CIO roles. Earlier in his career, Mark held key positions with Trammell Crow Realty Advisors and Greystar Capital Partners. He is a graduate of Harvard University.

Jay brings deep expertise in development, construction, and facilities management. He served as Executive Vice President at Formation Development and was Vice President of Development at EdenCare Senior Living Services. His past roles also include leadership at Medcath, Inc. and architecture firm HDR. Jay is a graduate of Texas Tech.

Michael oversees AspaGrove’s national development strategy and execution. He has held senior roles at Formation Development Group and Anthology Senior Living, a national, vertically integrated senior living platform. Prior to that, he worked for a Chicago-based design-build multifamily developer. Michael holds a bachelor’s in Architecture from Miami University and a master’s from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect.

Mark has more than three decades of experience in senior living development, real estate, and marketing. He previously held EVP roles at Formation Development and EdenCare Senior Living Services, and began his senior living career as VP of Development at Sunrise Senior Living. Before that, he worked in commercial real estate in Washington, D.C. Mark is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Drew supports sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for AspaGrove. He joined from PGIM, the global investment management arm of Prudential Financial, where he was an Associate. His prior experience includes analyst work at Anthology Senior Living. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
